Baby Bump--23 Weeks

Our 1st Garden

Bridget and I decided we wanted to plant a vegetable garden this year. I don't have any gardening experience and didn't know if I could get it right or not. Apparently you don't have to know much about gardening to grow vegetables; our garden is quickly growing! Here are the girls checking things out.

Waterfront Village and The Starlight Parade

This year we invited some friends of ours to go with us to Waterfront Village (like a mini-fair) and then the Starlight Parade. A few hours before we were set to go, my friend Tasha hurt her foot while running and so it was just the guys, the kids, and me. The girls had a blast with their friends Kylie and Alexa. It was a long but very fun day.

Ear Piercing Outing

Bridget has been begging to get her ears pierced. We couldn't decide on an "appropriate age" and so we finally came to the conclusion that if she could earn enough money to cover half the cost, we would match it and take her to get them pierced. We are really proud of Bridget. She was motivated and worked hard on various pay chores to earn the money. Here are a couple of pictures of the big day.

The first pierce!
One ear down, one to go!

All done; happy girl!

Pre-school Graduation

Bridget was very lucky this year to have a fantastic pre-school teacher. Wendy is so wonderful with all the kids and she is so creative! She's done a great job in helping to prepare Bridget for the next step--Kindergarten!
